9/27 - This was a positive showing of unit 2. They liked the unit a lot, but their agent said the parking situation was a deal breaker for them.

Thoughts & Recommendations: I have made the price drops to units 2 and 3.  I hope to see some action.  Let me know if you would like to list this as a building.  At $950,000, it could be appealing to someone.

Past Showings

9/19 - This was a positive showing of units 2 & 3. The buyer was somewhat familiar with the area and thought it was well done and well-priced. We'll see if they reach out for another look.

9/15 - These buyers are barely starting their search and still learning neighborhoods.  They said that they would get back to me in a few weeks after they see other properties.

9/13 - This was a very good showing of units 2 & 3. I followed up with the buyer agent to see if there is further interest and I'm hoping to hear back from her.

9/12 - Waiting to hear back from this broker with feedback.

8/24 - Waiting for feedback from the agent

8/25 - Buyer did not love the more vintage feel of the graystone and intends to look at more new construction.
